Position:  Receptionist Cum Accountant
Job Role: Receptionist CumAccountant ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES  To welcome andgreet visitors and maintain visitor log sheet.Help in the planning and preparing of meetings andconference telephone calls. To manage vendorrelations and maintain records of contracts and other relateddocuments. Answering and redirecting allincoming calls and responding to client inquiries.Handling accounting duties like accounting and reportingcash, preparing purchase order notes and administering payment tosuppliers.  JOBREQUIREMENTS  Preferred candidateswith at least 1-2 years experience in similar or relatedrole. Female Filipino nationalsneeded. Excellent computerknowledge. Must have basic accountingprinciples and procedures. Should beconfident, intelligent and have multitasking skills.Good knowledge of customer service principles andpractices.
