DESCRIPTION
DC&T is looking for a Real estate broker who will manage the entire process of analyzing office space market to help clients finding the commercial /office space which will best suite company needs and expectations. On this position Real estate broker will have strong colaboration with other team in the company such is Workplace Consultant.This position is best geared to people who have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to manage a large portfolio of clients.Person must be knowledgeable about the office real estate market and able to provide expert advice to their clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Consult with clients throughout the real estate transaction process and offer advice on how to best market their office spaces
Oversee and negotiate the terms of contract for office space
Understand and be able to consult with clients about your local real estate market
Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, vacancy and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate office space value
Display and market office spaces
Maintain and update listings of available offices
Promote sales through advertisements, calls, direct contact with companies
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in Dubai real estate is preferred.
Ability to communicate at all levels with stakeholders by phone, e-mail and face to face.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Languages: English is a must, additional languages are a bonus.
