The role of Luxury Real Estate Ambassador is to introduce, educate, and engage prospective buyers with the 221 property’s portfolio and their sellers.
This role would be perfect for an individual that is passionate about real estate and work with High Net Wort Individuals (HNWI).
221’s Luxury Real Estate Ambassadors are an integral part of our sales process, so strong sales and negotiation skills are required. In this position, you should possess excellent people skills, real passion for extraordinary service, a passion for learning and natural curiosity.
Here’s just some of what you could be doing each day:

Understand our customer needs through consultation to deliver an extraordinary interaction through multi-channel servicing
Research and carry out personalized selection of properties across our portfolio
Introduce, interact with buyers and sellers
Always put the Client’s experience at the forefront of everything you do, reinforcing the 221 luxury service approach and earning their dedication

What will you need?

Experience of sales in the Real Estate
Proven Sales Skills and effective negotiation skills
Able to recognise key buying signals
Positivity and target driven with good self-motivation
Strong customer service skills, as you will be required to work with internal and external customers ensuring you deliver what is expected
The drive to deliver sales targets and KPI’s and the ability to self-manage and prioritise your own workload.
Relationship management and Key Account Management success demonstrating clear growth within accounts and extensive use of CRM systems
A goal driven self-starter who manages your own time efficiently

Job Location
This role is a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
