We are looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Administrator / Receptionist.
Responsibilities:

Knowledge on using CRM systems and platforms like Property Finder, Dubizzle and Bayut.
Managing client leads, database and inquiries.
Filling out Legal Forms when required.
Managing and updating of the listings on the CRM Data Entry (Editing and Posting ads and verifying in portals).
Follow up with Agents and Clients for documents & details as needed.
Prepare Tenancy Contracts and MOUs.
Prepare weekly listing report & Ensure all the listing information is accurate.
Generating RERA permits, renew RERA license, Broker Cards through Trakheesi portal.
Handle request and queries appropriately.
Tracking and monitoring payments and obligations.
Monitoring inventory for sales, leasing and renewals.
Check all property images and coordinate with the photographer.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ Real Estate experience is a must with the same position.
Experience in CRM.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
