Job Description
Responsible to follow with qc inspector to execute the inspection plan of products
Check the product conformance in accordance with specifications
Preparation of Certification package of order acceptance product.
Responsible to perform the calibration and manage external calibration system.
assisting work to department manager
Responsible to clear MRIR (Material Receipt and Inspection Report) by reviewing the Material test certificates against standard requirements.
Liaison with third party welding inspector for conduct Welder Qualification as per WPS
Responsible to review the receiving inspection report for customer supplied product.
Follow OHS control measures identified in risk assessment sheets
Follow OHS rules and regulations
Report any incidents near miss to supervisor
Ensure appropriate involvement of dept employees, contractors in incident investigations
