Salary – 8 to 10 K
Monitoring quality of calls made received or made by contact center.
Listening to call recordings and provide scores as per the decided metrics.
Convert the scores into feedback and convey it to the Agents and Team Leader.
Create project plan on focused audit and ensures adherence to update management.
Thorough understanding of Call quality parameters.
Minimum experience of 4 years as Quality Analyst in a contact center.
Strong Oral and Written communication skills.
Knowledge of Scoring techniques.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
