Our client is one of the reputed operations in the facilities management industry providing facilities services & solutions to royal clients associated with them in the entire kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They are looking to hire Pump Mechanics for their site based in Riyadh in KSA.
In This Role, You Will Have The Following Responsibilities
Shop rebuilds
Assemble and test automated valve packages and pneumatic actuators per customer specifications
Disassemble pumps for repair/evaluation and reassemble per manufacturer specifications
Perform basic machining for parts modification by operating various tools
Perform all duties according to OSHA standards and regulations and comply with company safety policies and procedures
Prepare product for testing
Complete projects, installations, and repairs from beginning to end
Installation and removal of pump equipment in the field
Operates drill press, hydraulic press, bench grinder, pipe threading machine, pipe bender, cutting torch, band saw, lifting/rigging equipment, forklift, overhead crane
Effectively use the Work Permit System to coordinate and control station activity and proper Energy Isolation to assure a safe work place
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Task qualified in basic electronic repair
Demonstrated ability to operate and promote a quality culture
Demonstrated understanding and technical usage of the elements of standard work
Ability to work with gatekeepers or material coordinators to follow the reclaim schedule
Intermediate skills using material suffix codes
Should have experience working in Construction, Facilities Management companies or any other related industry
