You willact as liaison between the Hotel and the UAE Government.

You willoversee the establishment and maintenance of close working relationships with all levels of the government, state organs, community gatekeepers in regard to employee matters.

You willalso be responsible for managing and maintaining our employees’ licensing and permit’s portfolio. Ability tomake a difference in the local community through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21   What you will be doing:

You willbe responsible for the processing of all visas, permits and licenses Accountable for the cash float allocated including submission of expense report, supporting documents, etc.  Prepare and process all types of visas for employees Monitor and review the local regulations to ensure all documents are submitted as required Keep the Director, Talent & Culture informed about any legal or processing changes Monitor submissions to ensure that visas are available in a timely manner Ensure that policies and procedures are following and in compliance with the local law Prepare monthly reports within the deadline Build and maintain a good relationship to all stakeholders Assist the T&C team in different sections as necessary  Your experience and skills include:

Hospitality experience in 5
* property preferably within Tecom

Able toread, write, and speak in Arabic Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable A hands-on approach is essential

Ability towork well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders  Your team and working environment:
