Psychometric Assessor Specialist

Andalusia maadi hospital is looking for “Psychometric Assessor Specialist”

 

Responsible For:

·        Contribute in establishing the guidelines for Assessments to identify Talent both for selection and development purposes.

·        Develop the Assessment Matrix with competencies levels and tools required to be administered across job families.

·        Develop, maintain and source materials for Assessment Center Library to ensure availability of right kits to assess ability, competence, and personality for key roles.

·        Plan and prepare a quarterly schedule of assessments to include observers, room bookings, and stationery materials.

·        Keep abreast of new tools available and conduct market intelligence to report how other companies have structured their assessment practices.

 

Requirements:

·        Graduate or Post Graduate Degree Psychology.

·        Minimum 1 year experience, Preferred in Clinical experience.

·        Should be able to communicate effectively and have effective coaching skills.
