Property Management Associate Job in Manama, Bahrain at Kooheji Golden Gate

Job Description

· Act as the first point of contact and responsible for all inquiries relating to the property and maintenance or repair work therein.

· Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with the residents and provide superior and quality customer service and tending to the needs of the tenants

· Collect from tenants any rent due or other due amounts as necessary

· Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance

· Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems reporting each promptly to the senior property manager.

· Meet with real estate agents to show properties and to explain the terms of occupancy…etc.

· Supervise all general maintenance, minor & major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects connected with the property or any part thereof.

· Reporting any problems or issues to the Property Manager/Owner.
