Key responsibilities:
Call prospective Landlords/Sellers
Market appraisals at properties
Take photos and write listings for advertising on major property portals
Qualify and liase with clients in order to accommodate their requirements
Prepare market reports to provide upto date market updates
Regular contact with clients providing/gaining feedback
Prepare contracts and all necessary documents
Negotiate and close deals
Follow up on all paperwork as necessary
Maintain accurate records on properties, clients and owners
Consistently hit KPIs for calls, listings, viewings and deals
Carry out any duties that may arise, or as directed, that is in support of haus & haus
Working days Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
