Job description
We’re looking for a Project Sales Engineer. The suitable applicant has good planning, follow-up, and contracting skills in the domains of swimming pools, spas, wellness fountains, vitality pools, leisure spaces, and others. We anticipate hiring a class A Project Sales Engineer who will help with the expansion of Kadoon business units.
Responsibilities:
Achieve Wellness & MEP projects’ quarterly and annual sales targets
Establish new relationships with Kadoon clients and strong rapport with existing client to ensure repeated business.
Acquire information on current and future projects in preparation for bids, proposals and tenders; extended Kadoon network of partners and potential market.
Prepare 360 reporting on client relationship, pipeline status, opportunities management, deals closure and sales funnel health.
Deliver technical presentations to clients on Kadoon solutions (projects, products, and services) related to wellness technology, pools, spas, and fountains; provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Collaborate with OEMs involved in the supply of project deliverables to ensure 100% compliance with project specifications.
Manage the specifications, bidding, tender negotiations processes for projects to ensure opportunity winning; prepare and submit projects quotations for different projects installation and delivery services.
Own communication to resolve client challenges with internal and external stakeholders
Design after-sales support services and offerings to provide the right value proposition for service contracts.
Design a quotation and technical proposal.
Prepare the technical submission as well as the client requirements.
Collaborate closely with clients and give assistance as needed in under-design projects.
Requirements:
3-5 years of sales experience in delivery, sales & marketing of MEP projects such as pools, spas, fountains, and water parks
A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Fluent in spoken and written Arabic & English
Valid driving license

Salary: From ﷼8,000.00 per month
