Designation: Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient Project manager to join our team. In this role, The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects within the established scope, schedule, and checklist and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality and initiate kick-off meeting
  • Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, delivery etc.
  • Represent company in all project meetings
  • Corrections modifications, suggestions to get final approval and confirmation
  • Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site. Project Manager has to invite HSE Officer in all Kick-off Meetings for training and reminder to make sure that the team is HSE ready for installation
  • Prepare the details, materials and material board for the quotation based on the design and client requirements and verify the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors/suppliers.
  • Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project partners.
  • PM to be responsible for following up of the production done by the subcontractors including metal, glass, leather cladding etc.
  • Checking of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site. Preparing the final settlements /bills for the suppliers after work is completed; double-checking the amount versus the actual job done or material delivered
  • Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule in co-ordination with the Factory Manager.
  • Site installation includes organizing the team, transport, material delivery at site, loading offloading ensuring the site is ready for installation and ironing out any issues with the mall management if any. A3-PM-017 Installation Schedule to be used
  • Arranging material samples and order abroad through sending mail and consistent coordination
  • PM has to ensure that the team has taken the items as per Installation Checklist.
  • Quality control of work done at site before handover and in the workshop before delivery/shipment. Timely visit to both suppliers and production to check quality and schedule of works
  • Enforce rules, regulations and procedures at site.
  • Contact the respective regulatory authorities to inspect and comment on the completed fit-out works for the issuance of completion certificate. Site Handover Form to be used.
  • PM also responsible for the debrief meeting with the Foremen, Production head, PC, Detailers to analyses the challenges and highlight them for the next projects.
  • Coordinating with the project coordinator to arrange for hotel stay and tickets for the team.
  • Coordinating with local help in different countries if needed


Education: Degree in Interior /Architecture / Civil/ Project Management

Experience: 4 – 17 years
