Job Description

Are you an experienced Project Manager with experience working with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and a basic understanding of
Identity, Credential and Access Management concepts? If so, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in New York.
Our Project Managers are responsible for fulfilling all project contractual requirements on schedule and within or below established budget while
complying with applicable company policies and procedures.
Project Managers develop in-depth knowledge of contractual obligations, terms and corporate policies; establish project goals, objectives and
requirements; work with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries, to create a project team capable of completing effective, quality work; establish key project position qualification requirement; collaborate with office facilities staff to address project space requirements; and work with other managers, project engineers, and
discipline leads to develop project budgets, schedules, and plans.
Project Managers direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project; assign
responsibility for executing project plans; oversee establishment of the Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and other documents as required; monitor
progress of deliverable preparation, review them for adherence with contract requirements and ensure they meet or exceed established goals
and objectives; provide input to performance reviews and development plans for subordinates and promote project technical and commercial
Project Managers develop effective mechanisms to communicate established project goals, objectives and requirements to team members and follow up
on instructions and commitments associated with the project. They monitor and report on the progress of all project activity, including
significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule to management. They advise the client and company
management of any such conditions in a timely manner.
Project Managers work with key project individuals to devise and execute actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to
accommodate significant scope changes negotiating those changes with the client and other contractors/subcontractors when necessary.
The Project Manager is specifically responsible for maintaining current and timely change orders.
Project Managers perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
