Job Description
We are looking to hire a Project Manager for a leading global multinational company providing financial market data and solutions to financial clients globally.
The role would be based in Beirut.
Quick role summary:
– Creating detailed project plans and milestone-based project execution
– Your primary focus will be to act as primary interface with clients regarding deliverables, change requests, and sign-off on status and requirement
– You will indirectly manage a team of project members (from other teams internally, 3rd party consulting firms and client contacts) to ensure on-time, on-schedule, on-budget execution and deliverables
– Deliver reports, detailed analysis on impact of Project Management methodologies with focus on regular improvements on gaps uncovered between KPI targets and actuals around faster revenue recognition, profitability, predictability and customer experience
Skills
Key qualifications and experience:
– Project Management experience (client facing) focused on stakeholder management, scope, work breakdown etc.
– Ability to influence and manage customer expectations
– Largely independent in driving day to day responsibilities without management intervention
– Ability to multitask in a demanding environment with competing priorities to meet customer deadlines
– Strong communication and presentation skills with an agile approach based on the audience
