We are looking for a Project Accountant to be based in Dubai office to support our projects across.
Roles
Standard Baseline Report reconciliation and PSR updates
JDE oncost reviews, time allocations & transfers and JE process.
Maintaining Masterplanning & Landscape Resource & Project sheet.
WAR preparation and approval for projects starting based on LOA
Assist in formalizing contracts for client by liaising with internal commercial
Setting up project folder and Preparing baselines and laising with project controls to convert opportunities to live projects
Setting up and finalizing Sub-con Contracts, payment certificates and accruals for finance
Recording and reporting Work in hand forecast for finance
Coordinating DI/ICS baseline set-up and reconciliation with cost model and PSR
Undertaking Billing and Variations in accordance with the contract requirements
MoCRA preparation and maintaining MoCRA register
Assisting in undertaking internal governance for Planning Projects
Assist in preparing draft PQP/PMP and associated documentation for Technical lead to review.
