Description:
Purpose:
The Production Technician will be responsible for the productionactivities in the Buffer/Media Sections of Recombinant Human
Insulin Plant. Key responsibilities & Accountability:
Prepares Buffers/solutions and media as per shift plan. Operatesthe production equipment as per SOP. Daily calibration of measuringinstruments. Checks and performs the CIP and SIP of the productionequipment. Responsible to get dispensed raw materials from thestores. Filter installation and integrity testing. Fill MFM, logbooks, cleaning records, status labels, etc. Ensures the properdocumentation as per the cGMP standards. Performs anyproduction/documentation related work assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
-EducationDiploma/degree in either one of thefield of Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Medical
Lab Technician.
-Experience:
Fresh candidates or experience inBiopharmaceutical/Pharmaceutical/Food Industry Manufacturing orfresh graduates.

Basic understandingon cGMP.
Ability towork in day/night shifts. Has goodcommunication skills / able to read, write, understand, and speak
