With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for design and deliver solutions that position BD Oncology Portfolio, based on analysis of customer clinical/operational/IT processes and centered around customers change drivers. Deliver post-implementation technology optimization and work with customers to produce collateral to further promote adoption.
-Responsible for conceptualizing, developing, coordinating, and implementing clinical marketing strategies and programs for the EMA region as a whole and for EMA country needs.
Design solutions for customers that center BD Oncology solutions to ensure technology components of projects interface safely and accurately.
Provide professional, process-focused pre-Sales support educating and helping current and future customers to understand the impact and value of an end-to-end automated medication management processes.
Participate in implementation projects, including clinical validation processes to ensure accuracy of processes, integrations, and interfaces to other IT systems.
Track and measure ongoing projects to be formulated through CRMPerforms follow-up Medication Management System reviews to determine system optimization and customer value realization
Guide’s customers post installation in evaluation of current system practices, develops action plan to assure system optimization and facilitates successful implementation of action items.
Identifies customers who demonstrate standard methodologies and works with them to produce testimonials, white papers, and peer-reviewed published articles.
Identifies and shares clinical standard methodologies to help achieve the highest possible levels of patient and caregiver safety and product utilization
Support Implementation Process Manager/ Project manager by leading Design decisions, Policy and Procedures development & clinical validation of interfaces as appropriate.
