Our client is now recruiting for aProcurement Specialist.This position will be based inNamibiaDuties Responsibilities Assist and advise procurement team on all pending procurement requests in SAP Ariba. Participate in creating SAP Ariba RFP RFQ RFI and auctions based on requirements Identify and onboard various suppliers and ensure they complete the registration process successfully Accurate request status reporting Communicate effective system maintenance and user support when required Develop manage and coordinate the eprocurement processes and be able to use legally established professional and transparent procurement policies Ensure procurement activities are managed developed and implemented in accordance with specifies parameters meeting timeframes budgets and objectives
