About the Role
Nervora is looking for an exceptional PRO and Operations Executive Nervora Operations team, reporting to the People & Operations Manager. The ideal candidate must have remarkable attention to detail and exemplary organizational and communication skills. Key liaison and representative between Nervora and government organizations and authorities.
Responsible for handling all the legal paperwork and documentation of the company, including but not limited to business approvals, employee visas, implementation of government mandates, and license renewal.
In charge of processing all types of employee visa applications through TECOM’s visa portal (AXS) and managing employee records across all internal and external portals.
Manage onboarding and offboarding process with new and existing employees.
Work closely with Line Manager to support insurance operations, internal administrative requirements (i.e., legal letters), and editorial/commercial administrative activities.
Support marketing and events team with sourcing and managing suppliers pre, during and post-event and logistics and operations on-site (during event).
Work closely with Line Manager and Chief of Staff to support Nervora’s Internship Program by reviewing and onboarding talents and managing existing interns across Nervora.
4+ years of experience in PRO, office management, operations, or similar department with strong knowledge of GCC rules and regulations, especially TECOM Freezone and network in government organizations and authorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
Well-versed in AXS, MS Office, and familiar with Google Sheets or other database platforms.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Tech savvy and willing to adopt and embrace new technologies.
You are exceptionally well-organized and self-disciplined and can manage your time and deliver output by prioritizing workload even with conflicting deadlines.
You are data-driven, well-researched, and have remarkable attention to detail.
You are highly self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure.
You have strong ownership and accountability.
