Job Description

• Organize periodic renewal of company license
• Submission of documentation to Immigration for visa applications
• Submission of documentation to obtain licenses/ permits and efficient collection of Licenses/permits to take place when completed
• Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperwork.
• Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Hotels, Embassies,
Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments & service companies such as mobile & landline phone services (connections/disconnections/repairs), and electricity
• Organize employees files (soft and hard copy)
• Follow up employees documentation expiry/renewal
• Issue monthly reports on employees visa status
• Manage the online system for visa for LLC (Tasheel) and Free Zone (AXS)

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge of UAE labour and commercial laws – knowledge of GCC labor law
• Organized and efficient
• Administration skills
• Good Oral & written English – Arabic preferred
• High school level
• 5 to 7 years’ experience – Driver’s license and car
