Job Description

Purpose of this position is to develop and lead Vehicle Pricing process for the Middle East region for current and future vehicle programs. Lead strategic and tactical initiatives in close collaboration with Marketing & Sales team for the region and mentor leadership on improving product profitability. Develop financial forecast and Budget for Revenue and cost items and prepare variance analysis of actual vs forecast and Budget.

Lead Fleet and Retail Incentive Strategy for Middle East region

Develop Incentive budget and forecast

Work with General Manager on developing channel, carline & market incentives and support go-to-market strategy

Analyze and approve Fleet deals including tenders; business case analysis including profitability analysis by Vehicle Identification Number

Competitive analysis of offering in the MEO markets


Develop monthly forecast of Sales Allowances and analysis of variances

Assist Commercial Accounting team with Sales Allowances actuals and forecasting

Develop and lead vehicle pricing process for current and future carlines in close coordination with Marketing, Product Planning and Sales departments ​

Analysis of price trends in Middle East Market for Competitors and MEO products

Analysis of vehicle content and features for GM vehicles vs competition

Help Marketing and Product planning teams for development of feature pricing based on customer perceived value

Communication of GM Dealer and Transfer Pricing information to the Vehicle Invoicing teams in North America and MEO marketing teams

Ensure invoicing accuracy, resolve incorrect invoicing claims and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders on pricing related issues

Main point of contact for Global Product Development Finance teams when it comes to profitability and Program Business Case analysis

Develop Budget and Forecast for several Revenue and cost items

Budget and forecast development for line items such as Gross Sales, Sales allowances, material cost etc.

Prepare variance analysis actual vs forecast and Budget

Work closely with Financial Planning & Analysis team as well as Accounting to identify and understand variance analysis

Additional Job Description

Knowledge:Minimum 6-year experience in Finance (FP&A /pricing is an advantage). Automotive experience a big plus. Multinational company experience.
