This role sits under the direction of the Clients and Markets Office (C&M), within the Sales Support Team, reporting to Operations
In this role you will:
Be responsible for proposal management and supporting C&M Team across our International Markets on key sales opportunities, including:
Managing the end-to-end preparation and submission of the Proposal response document.
Co-ordinating and aligning Response team activities on behalf of the Client Account Lead.
Providing a key point of contact and coordination between the Clients & Markets Team and other teams within Monstarlab.
Sourcing Monstarlab background information – up to date process flows, org charts, financials and other relevant materials.
Create and maintain case studies by sourcing and updating case study portfolio and standard customer information across our global markets, ensuring we reference the latest and best of Monstarlab in our bids.
Support Client Account Leads in gaining appropriate approvals in line with Monstarlab Sales Governance processes, through the Operations Leads
Coordinating and facilitating weekly sales board meetings across International Markets
Proofreading proposals for accuracy, consistency and quality.
Supporting local teams with sourcing sales opportunities through industry or government portals and ensuring we are registered on the relevant industry and government frameworks and our company information is up to date.
Data and Sales Process Management
New client Salesforce set up and approval processes, working with local Legal, Compliance and Finance teams to ensure background checks are completed on new clients before proposal submission.
Salesforce and central talent systems data management, ensuring data across both systems is up to date, accurate and the deals are in line with local/global approval processes.
Supporting core Talent Allocation team with supply and demand alignment and ensuring the accuracy of demand data in Salesforce and central talent management systems
Key areas of responsibility
Own and execute the end-to-end project plan from sales origination until sales closure. This includes proposal management, internal approvals, sales, and sales team development.
