Responsibilities
Actively promote personal training and fitness activities through frequent guest interactions.
Conduct personal training sessions to individuals and groups.
Create tailor made programs for internal (hotel) and external guests/clients.
Delivers high quality private and group fitness instruction that meets and exceeds guest expectation.
Describe the training lessons available and upsell personal training in addition to the entire spa menu to internal (hotel) and external guests/clients.
Reports maintenance deficiencies, residents’ concerns, guest comments, glitches, etc. to Assistant Spa Manager / Director of Spa.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
Has minimum 3 years relevant experience in luxury Spa and Fitness operation with proven leadership skills.
PT Level 3 with valid certifications in UAE. Certification in Nutrition is a plus.
Possesses excellent English communication Skills.
Trained and certified in First-Aid, CPR and rescue techniques .
