ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Project Manager, your key responsibilities are as follows-
Functional
Ensuring the overall Performance test work-stream, spanning all aspects of the delivery with meeting both timeline and quality standards.
Should influence better software requirements, promote proper engineering practice, and bug prevention strategies using innovative quality concepts.
Troubleshooting problems; demonstrate strong problem solving and communication skills, and an expert performance engineering resource on multiple initiatives.
Performance testing across the full application development lifecycle.
Defining of the performance testing scope within the context of each project delivery
Extraction of performance prone scenario from user stories and requirements
Executing performance test to anticipate issues that might arise during different load conditions
Performance test result analysis as part of a wider approach to QA and performance engineering
Implementing appropriate performance measurements and key metrics
Owning end-to-end performance test activities by working closely with the development teams, Back end, Product, Architecture and support teams
Establishing and maintaining relationships with multiple delivery partners and actively engaging stakeholders to design an effective Test Strategy for Volume,
Load and Stress Testing
Ensuring integration of performance testing with the functional automation testing and analyzing NFRs, technical designs and business requirements
