Title: People Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for incorporating business and people strategies to plan the annual L&D calendar

Conduct training needs analysis to understand and plan the annual L&D calendar and budget

Manage the timeline, development, and delivery of PM communication, including timelines and program implementation dates

Partner with senior leadership to set and effectively cascade company goals

Set benchmarks of excellence

Develop L&D and PM process and communicate to all stakeholders

Administer and identify L&D and PM training programs

Utilize available systems for training, and content design, and makes recommendations for improvement

Develop training manuals and coordinate delivery to employees

Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for geographically diverse and remote management associates

Integrate L&D and PM management systems

Collaborate with Line Managers and HRBPs for talent mapping, succession planning

Evaluate and recommend the onboarding training curriculum

Design, implement and manage a mentoring program

Keep abreast of training trends on new L&D and PM techniques and methods

Provides analytics on L&D and PM delivery KPIs

Conducts post-training surveys to measure internal program and vendor effectiveness and relevancy along with individual retention and adoption of learnings

Effective and creative management of the annual training budget to maximize value addition

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development/Psychology or related areas

CIPD Certification is a must; PHR/SPHR a plus

8+ years experience in roles such as OD, HR, Talent Management, and/or related areas

Experience working in a globally diverse and virtual workforce

Experienced in implementation of talent development concepts and processes

Has developed/curated and delivered performance management and learning opportunities

Demonstrated transformational thinker through approach to people, learning, and leadership

Proven ability and desire to roll up their sleeves and get things done with cross-team collaboration

Has digital proficiency in current performance management and talent management systems.

Ability to work virtually in a globally diverse working environment

Ability to work extended hours as needed

Change Management experience a plus
