Title: Parts Officer

We are looking for a result-drivenParts Officerto join our Service Centre Team based inAbu Dhabi. You will be responsible for supporting daily spare parts activities and ensuring timely stock supply to meet warranty and non-warranty business needs, in addition to liaising with factories and 3rd party suppliers, negotiating prices, and coordinating the spare parts deliveries inside and outside the UAE.
The ideal candidate must be an Arabic Speaker with high attention to detail, previous experience in spare parts supply and procurement is a must.
· Coordinate and administer spare parts inquiries to support Service Centre operations.
· Respond to spare parts inquiries by providing parts specs, prices, and stock availability.
· Process parts orders in the NAV system and coordinate parts delivery.
· Follow up with the logistics team on the parts stock clearance and delivery to the warehouse.
· Maintain accurate parts documentation and records.
· Liaise with 3rd parties suppliers on parts specs and prices to ensure the timely provision of urgent replacements out of stock or on demand.
· Handle business correspondence with suppliers and customers.
· Maintain records of market parts prices supplied locally and internationally.
· Support inventory management and liaise with storekeepers on parts stock levels and availability.
· Prepare regular reports to the management.
· Participate in spare parts projects as requested.
· BSc in Engineering field.
· 3+ years of experience in spare parts or procurement roles.
· Basic understanding of HVAC spare parts.
· Familiar with ERP and warehouse systems.
· Excellent organization, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Strong attention to detail skills.
· Proficient MS Office skills.
· Fluent in English and Arabic is a must.
