We are currently in need of Parts counter to join our Commercial Vehicle team in Dubai. As part of our Automotive Parts team, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from parts inquiry up to processing of orders for both walked in and telephone customers. Specifically, your key responsibilities includes: Receive customer enquiries and identify the correct part numbers using the parts catalogues (EPC) Advise the customers on replacement of related parts and benefits of using genuine parts Ensure that the quotations, sales orders, sales returns, warranties and application of customer discounts or special net prices are performed as per the standard operating procedure Follow-up back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date.
Develops, communicates, enforces and monitors effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a good general level of
Educationand should have at least a minimum of 2 years’ experience in spare parts operations, preferably in the automotive parts sales, especially Heavy Commercial Vehicles .Knowledge of on-line computer system SAP is preferred. You should have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customer. You should have excellent computer skills and knowledge of SAP is preferred. You should also be able to display excellent communication skills with an ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude while being able to work in a team.
