Duties and key responsibilities
Responsible for creating and implementing strategies to source, secure and grow new partnerships that will add value to IBG clients.
Identify partner requirements and plan approaches and pitches to secure new partnerships.
Assess new partnership opportunities by researching their service offerings and communicating the benefits to internal teams.
Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions of partnership agreements
Point of contact between partners and other departments within the company.
Manage, nurture and steward existing relationships to support IBG’s fast paced growth.
Planning and prioritizing partnership activities alongside the Head of Strategy.
Communicate the partnership strategy and report on the progress at regular intervals.
Deliver on strategic engagements and deliverables, ensuring we can deliver on partnership initiatives with quality and speed.
Build and maintain networks to grow IBG’s brand externally to a broad range of stakeholders while representing IBG at events, meetings and workshops either individually or alongside colleagues.
· 2 -4 years’ experience in Partnership Management
Preferably a Business Management related qualification
Excellent communication skills
Well presented individual with a flair for new business development.

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
