Your mainly activities will be:

Customer and Sales Support by taking orders from Valmet Sales offices, input orders and related information into the Valmet’s ordering system.

Review customer order- validate data in the ordering system and approve for manufacturing process and necessary actions.

Coordinate order related technical documents from the factory, submission of Order Acknowledgement, Proforma Invoices, Advance Payment note to sales / customer for the order’s, subsequent manufacturing process.

Respond effectively and efficiently to internal and customer enquiries including queries relating to Orders, Returns, Quality/Functionality Short/Wrong Supplies and escalate queries where required.

Follow the Free/Warranty supply process guidelines and take appropriate action to support customer. Responsible for maintaining data records and ALL relevant communication with Sales / Customer and Operation Team Order follow-up, track supply chain status and ensure meeting the On-Time Deliveries (OTD).

Advance Information to clients on order reschedules’ s and submit revised OA. Maintain Mfg. scheduled and update to clients Establish effective and efficient Communication method to keep update the Sales / Customer for Order Status / Projects scheduled in regular intervals.

Customer Enrichment for new customers & closely co-ordinate with Planner to ensure item enrichment, to ensure order entry(transfer) to ERP system timely.

Responsible for order prioritization, escalation matrix for Urgent / Shutdown case Follow the revision process / change order mechanism and responsible for making proposal (Cost & Delivery Impact) and attain necessary Approvals for Order Amendment / Cancellation. when needed…as per manager Guidelines.

DO (F2F) Order tracking, manual DO process, Purchase order for oversea supplies, Tracking, Expedite the items with whereas require & ensure to meet Supplies’ OTD.

Verify the Delivery dates of DO (F2f) & Purchase order confirmation, Freight modes & co-ordinate with counter parts to change the freight mode whereas require.

What you will need to be successful in the role:

You can be either an experienced professional or a newly graduated – the key point is your attitude and willingness to learn! You like Order Management, Procurements, Managing Projects specially applied in Valves automation environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need in addition:

Relevant educational background such as bachelor’s degree in computer/instrumentation/mechanical engineering.

Experience in Control & ON/OFF Valves industry world is a plus. You do not need to have experience in Valmet portfolio, but experience in similar products is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure in different operations situations and in different cultural environments.

Self-managed and ability to set your own daily and weekly priorities with the operations.
