Experience

Candidate should have 10+ years of functional consultant / implementation role played in Oracle E-Business Suite ERP 12.* (12.1.3 to 12.2.*)

Candidate must have experience in real estate lease management solution implemented Oracle Property Management

Candidate must have experience in real estate Facility Management Solution

Candidate must involved in property management, purchasing and EAM module implementation project

Candidate must have end to end experience in Oracle Leasing Solution and Purchasing, EAM

Candidate should have experience in Oracle finance GL, AP, AR and Cash Management Module

Candidate should have Oracle documentation experience (MD050, MD070, TE20-40, BR100, BR110)

Skill Set Needed:

Oracle e-Business Suite:

Oracle Property Management,

Oracle Finance (GL, AP, AR and CA),

Oracle Purchasing,

Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

Functional knowledge Leasing workflow /End to end Maintenance Flow.
