Providing support to the team by costing of Optical lenses and contact lenses and manage regular supply of lenses across all stores. Acting as a SPOC and coordinating with other functional departments
Processing purchase orders and costing of purchase invoices for all the optical and contact lenses purchased from various vendors for all our stores in UAE, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain
Costing of purchase invoices for all import and local shipments delivered to warehouse directly by the vendors. Coordinating with warehouse team and finance for posting the goods in stock and releasing the lenses on timely basis
E-claim documentation and submission of insurance claims on DHPO portal and ensure receipt of payments. Reviewing any denials of remittances from insurance companies and re-submitting the claim with requested details. Arranging collection of payment from insurance companies.
Generating sales reports, optical fittings report, stock and vendor wise sales reports for lenses and other miscellaneous reports as and when required. Detailed Analysis for re-ordering lenses of our In-house brand as per the current stock, average sales and pending re-order and replenishments
Creating Local purchase order for purchases of optical items, refraction units, service contracts, etc. across all stores. Arranging the documents to be signed and approved by Management and to providing all documents to finance team for processing payments to vendors as per the terms.
Ensuring receipt of credit notes by returning back the damaged/defective lenses received from stores back to the vendor.
Generating codes for new lenses as and when requested by stores and updating their prices in system. Price revision of lenses as per the market demands on request from the management.
Coordinating with new/existing insurance companies for empanelment of network to new stores.
· Graduate preferably in business management, accounts or computers
· Highly proficient in MS Office particularly in Excel
· Excellent communication skills / Fluent in English
· Good Interpersonal skills
· Good understanding of retail brands
· Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines.
