Job Description
10 years of experience of machining steel with CNC lathe, machining center or similar experience
EOT (Electric Overhead Travel Crane) License is considered as a plus
Machining worker machines specimens or calibration blocks according to the instruction
10 years of experience of test and analysis on steel products
Good knowledge of steel products
Requirements
Operate an automatic, a semi-automatic or a manual equipment (CNC lathe, Machining center, EDM, cutter and so on)
Receive and check the test coupons carried from the mill, conduct heat treatment for them, reform them, cut them, machine them and finish them according to the instruction
Machine the coupons into specimens or calibration block according to the instruction based on the pipe standards or customers’ specifications
Testing worker conducts the test and analysis of the specimens according to the instruction
Testing worker reports the test results to the designated computer system or the persons concerned.
