Position: Operations Manager | Toys R Us
To develop and sustain a culture (through behaviour, process & facilities) that delivers ‘The Al Futtaim Way’ within the department across all TRU showrooms in the GCC Region.
Embed the sales process and behavioural standards within showrooms – regular audit to ensure compliance.
Implement a sales prospecting & monitoring process and drive a culture of managing through activity.
Facilitate in-branch workshops and role-play activity to Identify & implement quality control actions and Development of Branch Review
Reporting via adequate MIS installation and implementation
The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that all showrooms across region deliver a truly ‘world-class’ customer experience through process, systems and behaviours. By ensuring that ‘Customer-First’ becomes part of the DNA/culture at all showroom locations this in turn will be a key driver of our Customer Engagement and retention.
As Such, The Purpose Of The Role Is Two-fold
Implement, embed and monitor the sales process within the showroom environment to ensure that TRU continually delivers a world class customer experience.
Install customer focused behaviour and ensure that it is embraced by all associates.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
Fluent English, Arabic an advantage.
Showroom Knowledge including strong understanding of the end to end sales process.
Ability toinfluence and gain commitment at all organizational levels
Toys sales management experience within franchised environment.
Knowledge of how a showroom operates. Change management, Project prioritisation.
Ability toidentify best practice.
Customer focused. Problem solving. Team player. Organised
