Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to monitor, upkeep and update the vessel schedules and the fuel consumption of vessels in-charged. You will need to fully aware of all aspects of vessels operations status at all times.
Liaise with purchasers and vessel Superintendent on planning for loading / unloading / transhipiment of stores and spares.
Communication with vessel’s masters, owners/charterers or brokers, ports agent.
Monitoring vessel’s movement and performance and report to related parties.
Liasing with crewing and purchasing team.
Requirements:
Candidates with marine shipping background only will be considered.
1-2 Years in shipping industry
Strong organizational & time-management skills and able to multi-task.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
