Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience on the same field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ERP (SAP) is an advantage.
Arabic native speaker
Job Desription:
Overall operational responsibility for the regional operations by providing strategic leadership.
Monitor and ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Improve and practice the managements systems, processes across the branch operation.
Operate the team to reach the target with systematic operation.
Analyze the mistakes from operations and make sure that is not repeated.
Follow up Purchase orders for New Orders.
Make sure that the FOS is matching with the contract without any variation.
Support the site technicians for their work-related doubts and issues.
Ensure the employee safety at site.
Ensure the equipment safety as per the quality & MASSAED standards.
Monitoring and pointing the site issues to the operation manager.
Submitting the reports on time with management.
Schedule the daily sites as per the job’s priority
Ensure the quality of work from the beginning stage to handing over of the site.
Ensure all snags are cleared before the handing over.
Make sure that all FMC and AMC contracts are renewing on time with increased price.
Motivate the Maintenance team to reduce the unwanted call backs and try to make ZERO mantrap breakdowns.
