We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop marketing strategies that drive new customer acquisition & high customer engagement across multiple channels.
You are a creative contributor and thrive in delivering results. You will initiate, plan, and execute multiple, highly visible, and exciting marketing & merchandising activities. At the same time, you will work closely with the media and creative agencies, franchisee partners and technical teams to solve business issues.
This role requires excellent analytical and technical abilities. You must be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, superb attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must lead with minimal supervision and work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities

Lead the Digital marketing channels like Search, Social, Display, Video and App campaigns with performance agencies to drive traffic, revenue and conversion.
Manage budgets and leverage data across the digital marketing channels and campaigns to achieve scale and efficiency
Day-to-day management of digital marketing channels and execute ROI driven activities to drive online sales, transaction and frequency (SEM, Display, Re-Targeting, Affiliate, Mailing, etc.)
Experience leading lifecycle, CRM and/or Engagement/Loyalty Marketing programs.
Good experience working with 1st party/ 3rd party data to derive consumer insight and an understanding of how these data points can be operationalized via digital media to drive media efficiencies.
Plan, coordinate and execute merchandising initiatives across all digital channels.
Manage website with the latest products, promotions, visuals and content
Improve website UX and conversion continuously by analyzing funnels & A/B tests
Build and manage digital marketing calendar with offers and promotions working alongside Franchisee, Creative and Media team.
Develop targeting strategies that will improve marketing and merchandising performance.
Lead design and creation of marketing collaterals and content creation – through input and recommendations with creative agencies.
Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing marketing and traffic metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for relevant performance & creative agencies and Franchisee partners.
Develop and execute test and learn strategies across all channels
Identify new and emerging marketing channels

Requirements

Great understanding and sense for consumer behavior and perceptions.
Creative, energetic marketing and branding expert with high business acumen
4+ years’ experience in digital performance marketing
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Work experience in e-commerce/F&B/retail is a plus
Intermediate to Advanced SQL and Excel skills
Excellent understanding of Analytics platforms like – Google Analytics, Adjust, Firebase
Experience in SEM, SEO, Performance Marketing, App Marketing
Preferably experience in online merchandising & driving promo calendar
Google AdWords & Analytics certification is a plus
Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies.
Experience presenting business results to executives in narrative form.
Ability to pull and organize complex data
Strong balance of creative and analytical skills
Ability to work independently, priorities and time-manage whilst working on several projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
Fluent in English is a requirement.
Arabic skills are a plus
