Position: OneERP Export Change Communications and Training Lead – Temporary

Purpose

Overall accountability for managing the change journey for all impacted audiences within Export business, to ensure all end users understand how their roles will change as a result of the ERP Implementation and are ready, willing and able to transition to the new ways of working within the new target operating model

Responsibilities


Working in partnership with the Core Export Change Lead to ensure alignment to the BRCC (business readiness, capability and comms)methodology, toolkit and plan

Close co-ordination with all other change initiatives active in impacted entities to ensure alignment/ integration of method and timelines

Establishing and managing a OneERP Change Network across the impacted entities to enable effective business engagement and readiness

Timely delivery of Export Change, Comms and Training Deliverables in line with Level 2 and 3 plans

Creating, maintaining and executing a business change impact assessment and change action plan

Creating, maintaining and executing an Export communication plan, with all supporting communication products

Stakeholder identification, engagement, and monitoring

Monitoring business readiness in impacted Export business through the execution of Business Readiness Assessments on a periodic basis for end users and super users

Managing all training related activities – Export training needs analysis, training material localisation and translation, training scheduling and logistics

Change Network design, launch and management

Stakeholder Mapping and Plan

Communications Plan and development of communications content for Awareness, Understanding, Call to Action, Go Live and Reinforcement

Initial Knowledge Transfer

Training Needs Analysis, localised training materials, training schedule and logistics

Qualifications/Experience:

Proven experience in leading and managing organisational change on large scale transformation programmes – covering change management, communications and training activities

University level education

Well connected within business and credible amongst peers and senior managers

Ability to motivate a team and influence/manage a variety of stakeholders without direct line management responsibility in a period of large-scale change

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to coach and help others to help themselves

Good written and spoken English

Quickly see through business processes, interdependencies and cross-country and functional perspective

Effective listening, empathic, positive outlook, embraces change

Proactive, confident and tenacious (will follow actions through to a successful conclusion)

High personal drive and very self-motivated

Demonstrated good judgement and initiative

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in leading and managing projects

Experience and knowledge of the relevant business areas / entities / trade routes
