Currently, we are looking for a passionate and energeticOMS Engineerto be based in theContract Logistics. In this role, the successful candidate will facilitate international road transportation for dedicated Danzas business units and standalone cross border movements by coordinating with internal stakeholders in Contract Logistics He / She will also be responsible for the detailed Operational Implementation of the Performance Tracking / Management Tools and providing the skills transfer to the operational team. Also responsible for Quantifying/Validating all CPI Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring all Operational and Performance Tracking /Management Tools and aspects for a successful deployment of Performance Tracking Tools/Systems are in place or planned in detail prior to and during the readiness and implementation phase

2. Quantifying/Validating all CPI Initiatives

Deliver consistent implementations across each assigned site within the region to ensure each site within the program scope has a standard DSC Performance Tracking/Management Solution

Work with IT to establish the integration of/extract from source systems (i.e. WMS “High Jump”/T&A systems.)

Work with IT to ensure all necessary hardware is in place for the implementation (i.e. Printers, PCs, Scanners). Identify IT Implementation Budget Requirements for all Implementations of responsibility

Complete data analysis to highlight and detail areas where source systems are not providing data in the correct format or detail.

Define, analyze and map all effective processes in detail in preparation for application of standards

Creation of Warehouse/Location & Process Mapping wherever required to provide the required level of detail to provide Performance Tracking data whilst ensuring future flexibility for effective maintenance & future business implementations

Deliver effective training and knowledge transfer to site users and others on use of the performance tracking tools/systems, interpretation, maintenance and issue resolution.

In case of discrete standards define the detailed requirements, by job or task for Industrial engineering. Completing the required work studies or manage a contractor accordingly

Incorporate Lessons Learned from previous implementations.
