The Job:
We are looking for an Officer – Customer Service to join our X Dubai team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the progress and experience of guests.
Ensure proper harnesses and helmets fit and supervise the usage of all safety equipment.
Conduct pre-tour safety orientation for each tour group.
Use customer engagement skills to ensure a memorable experience for each guest.
Help and resolve guest enquiries and questions.
Service existing reservations of guests including upgrading, modifying, and taking payments for existing reservations.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or any relevant qualification
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience while working in UAE
Strong intrapersonal and communication skills
