Job Description

Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading luxury beauty organisation that is looking to hire someone to oversee the management of one of their salons in Dubai.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to oversee the day to day management of the office and ensuring that the salon and retail staff are in line with company guidelines. You will handle ordering of products, handle supplier payments, implement HR policies and procedures, handle facilities management as required and ensure that the reputation and customer service levels of the salon are to the highest standards.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree and have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role, you will be someone that takes pride in excellent customer service and representing an amazing brand. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is a must as well having a UAE driver’s license. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, able to multi-task. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must for this role.
