Job Description

Responsibilities:
1-Performing most of the office administrator activities and task assigned to.
2-Act as first point of contact for the office.
3-Manage all vendor services and finances in collaboration with the finance department – maintaining vendor list/invoices, meal voucher system, client expenses.

Job Requirements

Job requirements:
1- 5years of office administrator experience working at a private sector, preferably in security services industry- supporting a leadership team in a corporate environment.
2- Candidates having Office Management experience.
3- Degree level and/or secretarial qualification (preferred).
4- Strong organizational skills and excellent secretarial skills.
5- Integrity and trustworthy is a must.
6- Excellent MS Office Skills, and must be fully skillful specifically in excel, PowerPoint, MS word.
7- All nationalities are accepted excluding Egyptian, both genders male or female.
8- age between 25 to 35.
9- Bilingual ( Arabic & English), and must be fluent in English.
10- Transferable visa in Kuwait.
