As an Office Manager / Executive Assistant, you will help us build new digital ventures from scratch that people love and use.

What you will do:

Office Management, incl. PRO management, vendor management, supply management, invoice management, etc., ensuring that our Stryber offices in the UAE run smoothly

Assisting with coordination of processes related to Immigration (visas, health insurance, organising company accommodation for hotels)

Assisting with coordination required for the set-up of new entities as part of building ventures for our Clients in the UAE and KSA

Support in coordinating Managing Directors’ complex calendars using judgment to prioritize meetings and committing their time based on an in-depth understanding of their priorities and needs

Collect and prepare data/information for use in discussion with the team and other external meetings

Organization and preparation of internal and external events that Managing Directors’ or team’s need to participate in

General administrative tasks such as coordinating business trips, processing travel expenses and taking care of invoices etc.

Supporting and/or owning special projects

About You

Commercial apprenticeship or similar

3+ years experience working as an Executive / Team Assistant and/or Office Manager

Experience working with PROs in Dubai is a PLUS i.e. visa and health insurance management

Previous experience working in a start-up environment, ideally in the UAE

Fluent in English

Part-time (80%) availability in Dubai (freelance is not possible)

Capable of working independently and as part of a team

High level of initiative, flexibility and confidentiality

Strong attention to detail, time management, and persistence
