A leading Organization is looking for anOffice Manager(FEMALE)to assist the Top management in general administration& office-related operations.
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 12000-15000.
Development and review of Annual Business Plan-Profit planning and monitoring, Budget control, Compliance, Business Continuity Plan, Internal control, various reporting, Training to staffs and must have min 5-8 years of Office management experience.
General Administration-Responsible for Visa for visitors, Maintenance of various agreements, Monthly cash management, Asset control, Updating of data folders, Office registration, Business trip arrangement.
Overseeing general office operation.
Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree with At least 5-6 years’ experience in administrative roles.
Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
Knowledge of business and management principles
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
Experience with a multinational with regional operations IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST
Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Communication in Arabic is an Absolute must.
