ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling incoming phone calls and replying emails and social media messages appropriately.
Welcoming and greeting clients to evaluate their purpose of visit and resolving any problem.
Ensuring the office and its environment is kept and maintained clean to provide a pleasant working condition.
To update paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Responsible for identifying and ordering needed office supplies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have good knowledge of MS Office package like word and excel.
Excellent customer care skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be confident, smart and have telephone etiquette.
