:

Responsible for the overall appearance of the office.


Responsible for greeting external guests and show them to the meeting room(s).

Maintenance and tidying up in general.

Maintaining and ensuring a happy and healthy work environment.

Handling and sorting inbound physical mail and packages.

Expedite outbound packages for customers.

Coordinate and arrange cleaning.

Ensure meeting rooms and office spaces are functional.

Purchase of office equipment, furniture and beverages based on needs and demands.

Responsible for coffee and lunch area.


Job Requirements:

High school Diploma.

One to two years experience as an Office Assistant.

Coordinating and organisational skills.

Good command in English.

Proactive and selfstarter.
