We are currently looking for an Office Administrator/Reception who will utilize their strong interpersonal and organizational skills in a head office based role. This role will provide reception coverage as well as day to day administrative support to the one of our top Office including but not limited to Construction Managers, Regional Directors, Legal Counsel, New Business and Human Resources.
Main duties of this role:
General office duties.
Arranging meetings and appointments, including room bookings.
Distribution of mail and organizing couriers.
Typing of correspondence, reports, agendas.
Purchase orders, invoicing and petty cash administration.
Day to day ordering of office amenities such kitchen supplies, stationary etc.
Providing Reception cover as required, including 1 full day per week.
Travel and accommodation bookings.
Maintain business expenses and AMEX reconciliations.
Assist with Facilities Management.
Establishing and maintaining effective liaison with internal staff and external business contacts.
Assisting the Business team with tender submission compilation as required.
Education & Experience
Not less that 3 years working experience.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced Administration/Reception role
High attention to detail
Analytical & problem solving skills
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
