We are looking for an Experienced Real Estate Sales Agent having a minimum of 2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate Market.
*Preferably Off plan, Villa and Luxury Property Expert.
Responsibilities:-Generate new clients, ability to generate own leads through own contacts through own strong network base.-Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow-up to convert them into closer.-Maintain regular contact with Developers, Landlords, Investors, and Owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones.-Manage all leads in lead follow-ups, update lead follow-up templates regularly, and track all client communications updates.-Arrange viewings with clients/landlords for the related properties.-Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective clients.
Skills:-Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.-Organized, Resourceful, Detail-Oriented with a friendly focus on Customer Service.-Self-Motivated, great team player, and goal-oriented.
Requirements:-Strong Knowledge about Dubai Real Estate Market.-Off plan Properties Expert-Villa Expert-Experience in Selling Luxury Property-Excellent English Communication (Arabic Speaker is a plus)-Driving License
Salary and Benefits:-Commission Based Salary with Attractive structure-Company Visa, Medical Insurance, Admin Support, and Marketing Support.

Salary: Up to AED60,000.00 per month
