Key Duties & Responsibilities
Provides support in the planning, organizing, developing, and implementing the internal HR department communication strategies.
Manages internal communications such as internal memos, newsletters, hiring advertisements etc.
Ensures that all communications are aligned with HR/ corporate brand identity.
Helps identifying appropriate communication channels and tactics; assist with the planning, review and approval process of internal communication.
Administers internal employee surveys, analyzes survey data, and participates in the recommendation and action-planning processes.
Prepares metrics and reports as needed.
Assists with change management planning and execution and activities via developing a proper communication strategy and channels.
Drafts contents and suggests designs for HR internal communication in collaboration with Marketing department.
Participates in preparing company yearly activity calendar, organizes HR initiatives and events that promotes company’s values and enhance work environment and culture.
Provides necessary supports to Talent Acquisitions team and HR operations with regard to recruitment communications, and onboarding.
Helps promoting employer branding
Job Specifications
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Communication, Marketing, public relation, or related field from an accredited educational institute.
2 to 4 years of HR and HR communication experience or previous experience shows the use of skills necessary to execute this position successfully.
Experience in web design and content production is a plus
Experience in copywriting and editing is a plus
Working knowledge of photo and video-editing software is a plus
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
Proficient command of English
Innovative thinking.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
