NEOM is excited to launch an opportunity for young Saudi graduates to join the NEOM Graduate Development Program – GrOW. This is a unique opportunity to play a part in shaping the future of Saudi Arabia (and the World) learning from a team designing and developing the most ambitious future focused project in the world.
The NEOM GrOW Program is designed to provide recent Graduates with an opportunity to work alongside some of the world’s brightest minds as they develop and build NEOM:

GrOW Program Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate
A minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4 , 4.5 out of 5
0-1 years experience
Saudi National
Excellent verbal and written English language
Potential for leadership, task, and resource management skills
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office
Flexibility to relocate
Pass NEOM assessments and interviews
